The history of SYNERGICA is inseparable from the story of its founder, Mr Henri LORRAIN, an engineer at Philips Components in Brussels, responsible for developing temperature probes. In July 1995, he decided to create Energica in Petite Forêt near Valenciennes (59), with Mr Hervé GHILBERT, a sales agent, as a partner.
After strong growth with major manufacturers in their sectors, Energica decided to join forces with an industrial group.
In 2002, Mr Henri Lorrain decided to join forces with the SOFIMECA group to accelerate and sustain the company's development. Energica became SYNERGICA, and in August 2009 moved to its current location in Foussemagne, near BELFORT (90).
The company quickly added complementary expertise to the SOFIMECA group, offering services in electronic encapsulation, probes and sensors, resin-coating, potting and electro-assembly.
In 2020, due to a reorganization of the SOFIMECA group's activities, CPS was merged with SYNERGICA, enabling the company to extend its offering to include technical solutions for complex harnesses, as well as pre-assembly of electrical cabinets and enclosures.
Today, the company generates sales of €3 million, with some 15 employees working in demanding fields.
